Horse Crazy Cowgirl and Former Horse Trainer. Lynell has been on a horse since about age 2… well a pony anyway. She started in gymkhana, hunter jumpers, western pleasure and trail. Next was on to riding in the Rodeo Drill Team. Then went off to college in Lamar CO. For Horse Training and Management. Trained Cutting horses after that for short time in TX.
Lynell’s ahh ha moment that created CushShin Socks. She had been using this amazing material for many years. It was in the form of Boobs! Yep, Breast Forms worn in the bra of women who had a mastectomy.
Lynell’s Grandson would rush to the office to immediately to play with the boobies. This lead to One being left on top of the refrigerator. The “Ahh Ha Moment” happened, when it fell as Lynell grabbed it, hitting her in this SHIN… Lightbulb! She had thought of putting it on the barrel previously. Thinking Yes, this material on a Sock could SAVE a lot of legs! CushShin Socks was born!
She had been traveling the barrel racing and rodeo circuits for almost 15 years with her Cowgirl Bling, It pained her watching the limping injured barrel racers…That day she knew she could end “Barrel Racer Shins” Forever!
